Sea Haven in Lincoln City, OR Description: Large Home with a Spectacular Ocean View. Perfect for a romantic getaway, groups, multi families, reunions, clubs or parties. Great beach house with great Ocean views, Amenities: The children can play on the playground size Pirate Ship play structure, complete with slide, swings, crossbars, chin up bars, climbing rope and a sand box. The play ship is fitted with cannon, telescope, and a working flagpole with pirate flag. The pirate structure is close to the house so you can watch and hear. Your children will love this place.
Beach access is a short two block walk on a safe and hardly used neighborhood street. At low tides, you can search the tide pools for star fish, shells and agates. Bring your rod and fish for perch and cod or just swim and wade in the surf. Winter storms bring in driftwood for beach fires. All three floors at Sea Haven have great Ocean views. All you need to bring are groceries and your gourmet chef. Sea Haven is newly remodeled and now has a great room with gas fireplace. Activities: Children's sandbox, horseshoe court and croquet equipment supplied. Room for volleyball and badminton if you bring your own net. Pirate Ship play structure for the kids. Beach combing, shopping, antiquing, kite flying, fishing, boating at Devils Lake, numerous city parks.
Area: Sea Haven is in the north end of Lincoln City in an area known as, 'Roads end', it is very close to Safeway and Chinook Winds Casino, both are accessible without going out on the main highway. Abundant parking is available on the property, there's even room for a trailer.
Please note:
In order to offer low prices for a large house, Sea Haven does not provide maid service or charge for cleaning, all guests are expected to leave Sea Haven clean and ready for next guest. Sea Haven provides cleaning supplies, vacuum etc. and checks after each guest leaves.
Please be aware that linens are not supplied, all beds have a bottom sheet and pillow only, everyone needs to bring their own sleeping bag or blanket, and towels. (All three floors at Sea Haven have great Ocean views), Sea Haven has three floors and beds for 22 people in six bedrooms, two kings, five doubles and eight twins, three full bathrooms, and two fully equipped kitchens,including coffee makers, waffle irons, toasters, microwaves, and an outside barbecue. (barbecue supplied, steaks are not) There are also three sofas and two loveseats at Sea Haven so you can always find room for a few more sleepy heads. The great room kitchen area is big and has room for several cooks. The long table is ten feet long, and has 10 chairs and 2 stools at the bar. With the two picnic tables outside on the adjacent covered patio you can feed an army or just your family. The 1/3 acre private, secluded yard features, lots of off street parking, a croquet lawn, horseshoe pitching court, and a big pirate ship play structure. The large, flat lawn areas provide plenty of room for outdoor activities. There is a roof top sun bathing deck and a very private fenced terrace for discreet sunbathing and dining. Sometimes deer wander around the yard. You will have a great visit.
